5-min Healthy Eating -Day 3

Today we are making energy bites! This are very versatile and you can swap most of the ingredients to suit your taste. 

Oats energy bites

Prep: 5-min 


1 cup rolled oats or muesli 

1/2 cup almond or peanut butter

1/3 cup honey or agave

1/4 cup ground flaxseeds or milled linseed 

1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

1 tbsp sunflower or pumpin seeds (optional) 

Mix everything together and roll into 20 small balls 

Lunch: Apple and chicken salad 


60-100g Chicken

Baby spinach to taste 

1/2 cup Greek yogurt 

1/2 Apple diced squeeze a bit of lemon over your apple to prevent it from turning brown

1 tbsp sunflower seeds

1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

Pomegranate seeds to tast 

Mix everything together and enjoy!
