5-min Healthy eating -Day 2

Did you enjoy your Chocolate Chia for breakfast? 

As you still have breakfast for tomorrow you will only need to prepare a snack and lunch for today.

Snack: Blueberries and dried dates

  

In the picture of the blueberries and dried dates I also showed the calorie content. You can see that if you like eating a lot that the blueberries would be a better option. At the bottom I’ve also showed that 10 minutes of jogging will burn off about 80-110kcal. 

Lunch: Chicpea salad 

Perp: 5-min

Ingredients: 

Chicpeas 

Avocado 

Feta cheese 

Sweet corn 

Red peppers 

Balsamic vinegar

 

Mix everything together and put in a leak proof container.
